Standardized Test Scores

NWEA MAP Standardized Testing
Whole School Scores 2015-2016

Salem students consistently score well above state and national norms on the NWEA MAP standardized tests. This standardized test is done once in the fall and again in the spring to measure student academic progress of a wide range of knowledge and skills. Testing is administered to students in Grades 1st thru 8th.

MAP testing creates a personalized experience by adapting to the unique learning level of each child. It precisely measures progress and growth for each student. Student scores are compared to scores around the nation. We are proud to say that our students perform higher than the 90th percentile and are in the top 10% of schools across the country!
